Money Transfer

With Paga you can send cash using any of our available channels.  As long as your account has the sufficient funds and the recipient has a mobile phone; you can send cash and they can receive it, even without a Paga account.

At an agent;
Please visit an agent in your neighbourhood and request to perform a money transfer transaction.

Online;
To send cash from your account online, just follow the steps described below;
Step 1: Login to your Paga account – go to www.mypaga.com ,enter your login details and click on ‘Login’.
Step 2: Click on  ‘Send Money’ .
Step 3: Enter the required the details
Step 4: Follow the instructions to complete the process

If the recipient is not a Paga customer yet, sender will receive different codes; agent withdrawal, ATM release code and transfer reference number in the SMS notification sent by Paga which the sender then forwards to the recipient. Recipient only needs the five digit agent withdrawal code to cashout at the agent’s outlet or the ATM release code with the transfer reference number.
Also, you can cancel a money transfer to a non-Paga customer; as long the recipient hasn't withdrawn the money. Simply contact our customer care team on 0700 000 PAGA (0700 000 7242) for assistance. If the money has been sent to another Paga user's account, you will have to contact them directly to return the cash.
