Help

I deposited money into my agent account at a bank, but my account hasn't been credited.

You are required to send a deposit notification to Paga when your deposit is processed manually at any of our partner banks, for your Paga account to be credited.
 
Notify Paga of your deposit via your agent app
 
Login into the mobile application
Select the 'notify bank' option
Enter deposit details; amount, deposit bank, deposit number (teller number) Send notification
 
Notify Paga of your deposit via your agent online portal
 
Under 'my account' menu click 'deposit notification'
Enter Amount, select deposit bank from the preset list, enter deposit slip number (optional)
confirm entries, click 'go' to send notification.

For faster processing, always request that the bank teller post your deposit immediately as we cannot credit your Paga account until your deposit has been posted to our account by the bank.
 

If your account is not credited 2 hours after sending a notification, please contact our customer support on 0700 000 PAGA (0700 000 7242) or send email to service@mypaga.com.
 
 
Note: Automated deposit, NIBBS e-bills pay and Instant transfer directly to your Paga account number (NUBAN) does not require deposit notification.
